Since November 1998 I've been working as a fulltime ceramist. On this website I would like to give you an impression of my work.
Aside from that I see this as a possibility, to keep you apprised of my activities.
And nowadays, there are quite a lot. For instance, you can contact me for courses and workshops, children's parties, creative bachelor parties, or with friends, family or colleagues. The dates for the summerworkshops are already set. Please, read on.

I regularly visit rural ceramics markets, art markets and also markets abroad. Beside that there are exhibitions in galleries and I annually arrange a number of shows. Except for on this website you are, of course, welcome in my gallery and the studio, where you can see how a product is made.
And they're not only jugs. Feel free to have a look around.

The pottery products I make are mainly user ceramics. At the moment, I use a German clay. For decoration I make muds and glazes myself, from basic raw material like oxides. So, you will find the colours and the material which I use back in nature, like iron oxide (rust).

For every artist it is important to find some recognition. This can be through exhibitions and interest of the press. Most important is the sale of the works of art that were made with great care, to people who like it and value having something beautiful at home.
